Method - Stirred - Cold

Add ice to glass.
Add ingredients to mixing glass.
Stir well.
Pour into glass over ice.
Garnish with fig.

Fig Syrup Giffard - Giffard fig syrup is made by a fifth generation family established 1885 traditional maceration of natural figs and 100 percent pure sugar beet.
