Method
  1. Add the ice into glass.
  2. Pour in the tonic water.
  3. In center of glass pour in the gin.
  4. Sprinkle blue scampi caviar on top.

Orville is moreish weak cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Built with 45ml gin butterfly pea the still and 20ml lemon juice with 10ml roe caviar blue as well as 95ml tonic water including 130ml and best with lunch. Just add the ice into glass then pour in the tonic water and in center of glass pour in the gin. Sprinkle blue scampi caviar on top and served in a goblet glass cold.
