Orthodox Monk is energizing quite strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Built with 45ml tsipouro dark cave 5year and 45ml plum juice with 100ml ice and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just add half the ice to shaker then pour measure of greek brandy into shaker and add plum juice to shaker. Quick shake to mix and pour all into glass and add more ice to glass and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
