Comiteco - Comiteco has been distilled in the southern state of Chiapas for more than a century.

Wine Agave - Agave Wine or Pulque occasionally known as octli is an alcoholic beverage made from the fermented sap of the maguey agave plant.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Lime - A lime is a hybrid citrus fruit which is typically round lime green 3 to 6 centimetres in diameter and contains acidic juice vesicles.

Operation Mercury is luscious full bodied cocktail at 1.1 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml comiteco and 60ml wine agave with 100ml ice and best with vegetable and vegetarian dishes. Just place the ice itno glass then add comiteco into glass and top glass with agave wine and drop wedge of lime on top and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
