One Bell is sharp heavy cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Built with 30ml gin animus and 15ml lime juice with 15ml curacao green senior co and had with cheese style dishes. Just warm sherry glass then warm mixing glass and heat cubes and add ingredients to mixing glass. Stir well until warm and julep strain into glass and served in a liqueur glass warm.
