Omoikane is delightful full bodied cocktail at 1.1 standard drinks. Built with 30ml whisky suntory 30years and 15ml umeshu godo with 45ml soda water as well as 100ml ice and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just add ice to short glass then pour in whisky and add soda water. Sprinkle umeshu on top and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
