Olea Europaea is delectable very strong cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml gin hickinbotham and 30ml vodka timboon with 20ml lemon juice as well as 10ml olive syrup including 100ml ice and best served with fish and seafood dishes. Just add ice to mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir well. Strain into glass and garnish with lemon stuffed olives on a tootpick and served in a martini glass cold.
