Gum Syrup

Lemon Peel

40% Alcohol By Volume

Method - Stirred - Cold

Place ice into mixing glass.
Add ingredients to mixing glass.
Stir well.
Fine strain into glass.
Twist the oil from a piece of lemon peel on top.

Gin Sacred Spirits - Sacred Spirits gin is sacreds interpretation of the 18th century staple old tom gin with bold notes of juniper and naturally sweetened with liquorice root in the traditional manner.

Absinthe Sebor - Absinthe Sebor Artemisia absinthium together with green anise sweet fennel and other medicinal and culinary herbs.

Bitters Orinoco - Orinoco bitters is flavourted by a host of botanicals such as cardamom cassia bark floral notes from Chamomile dried fruit flavours from raisins.

Gum Syrup - Gum syrup is a rich simple syrup 2 to 1 sugar to water combined with gum Arabic an all natural resin harvested from the Acacia tree and found primarily in Northeast Africa.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Lemon Peel - Lemon peel is the skin of a lemon and full of lemon oils and are used in cocktail for taste and garnish and can be shaped in may styles.

Old Tom Gin is smakelijke full strength cocktail at 2.5 standard drinks. Stirred with 45ml gin sacred spirits and 10ml absinthe sebor with 10ml bitters orinoco as well as 15ml gum syrup including 100ml ice and best with vegetable and vegetarian dishes. Just place ice into mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir well. Fine strain into glass and twist the oil from a piece of lemon peel on top and served in a liqueur glass cold.
