Old Cuban is flavourful quite strong cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml rum spiced ableforths rumbullion and 10ml bitters horseradish kenny with 15ml lime juice as well as 15ml sugar syrup including 30ml sparkling wine white also 100ml ice and best with an entree or small snack. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker, less wine and shake well. Strain into glass and garnish with sugar coated vanilla bean and mint and served in a saucer glass cold.
