Method - Shaken - Cold

Place a few ice cubes into shaker.
Add all ingredients to shaker.
Vigorously shake.
Pour everything into glass.
Top glass with ice.
Garnish with ornage and cherry.

Okolehao Sour is gorgeous quite strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml okolehao haleakala and 30ml lemon juice with 15ml sugar syrup as well as 100ml ice and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just place a few ice cubes into shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and vigorously shake. Pour everything into glass and top glass with ice and garnish with ornage and cherry and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
