Method
  1. Place ice into tumbler style glass.
  2. Add in the pineapple juice.
  3. Pour in the lychee liqueur.
  4. Top glass with ginger beer..

Noosa Spritz is stimulating mild cocktail at 0.6 standard drinks. Layered with 30ml lychee liqueur paraiso and 30ml pineapple juice with 40ml ginger beer as well as 190ml ice and good to have with brunch. Just place ice into tumbler style glass then add in the pineapple juice and pour in the lychee liqueur. Top glass with ginger beer and served in a highball glass cold.
