Method
  1. Pour cognac and absinthe into glass.
  2. Add in the egg white.
  3. Quick shake to mix.
  4. Add in half the ice.
  5. Vigorously shake.
  6. Stir in the soda water.
  7. Pour all into tall glass.
  8. Fill glass with ice.
  9. Lovely

Next Morning Suisses is lovely quite strong cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Shaken with 20ml cognac de luze xo and 20ml absinthe sebor with 15ml egg white as well as 45ml soda water including 190ml ice and best with lunch. Just pour cognac and absinthe into glass then add in the egg white and quick shake to mix. Add in half the ice and vigorously shake and stir in the soda water then pour all into tall glass and fill glass with ice and served in a highball glass cold.
