Method - Poured - Room Temperature

Half slice grapes into glass.
Flake cheese and add to glass.
Pour amaretto over cheese.
Serve with crackers or bread.
Serve with a cheese knife.

Amaretto Liqueur Eros - Eros Liqueur Amaretto delicate and nutty Amaretto is derived from almonds. This rich liqueur has a creamy texture and a lovely sweet finish that coats the palate. Amazing when served with lemon or lime.

Nerites is gorgeous weak cocktail at 0.6 standard drinks. Built with 30ml amaretto liqueur eros and 30ml grapes with 60ml cheese goat and best at tea time. Just half slice grapes into glass then flake cheese and add to glass and pour amaretto over cheese. Serve with crackers or bread and serve with a cheese knife and served in a saucer glass at room temperature.
