  1. Pour sherry into glass.
  2. Add in the water.
  3. Stir in the two syrups.
  4. Drop lemon peel into glass.

Negus Mrs De Salis is freshening smooth cocktail at 0.8 standard drinks. Stirred with 60ml sherry dry and 60ml water with 5ml lemon syrup as well as 5ml nutmeg syrup and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just pour sherry into glass then add in the water and stir in the two syrups and drop lemon peel into glass and served in a old fashioned glass at room temperature.
