Nautilus is sharp average cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Built with 30ml tequila blanco la cofradia and 10ml lime juice with 70ml tomato juice as well as 10ml tabasco chipotle pepper sauce including 10ml ice also 30ml prawns cooked together with 30ml oyster and good with afternoon tea. Just poach seafood and chill then add ice and pepper sauce to shaker and pour in tequila and both juices. Shake well and pour all into glass and drop seafood on top then sprinkle tajin on top and garnish with coriander and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
