Napoleon III is iuncidus heavy cocktail at 2.3 standard drinks. Stirred with 45ml gin comte de grasse and 15ml dubonnet blanc with 30ml kumquat liqueur fair as well as 100ml ice and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just add ice to mixing glass then pour all ingredients into mixing glass and stir well until mixed. Hawthorne strain into glass and served in a martini glass cold.
