Method
  1. Place lemon juice into glass.
  2. Add in spiced syrup.
  3. Add in the allspice.
  4. Stir in the claret wine.
  5. Grate a little nutmeg on top.

Mulled Claret is drinkable average cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Built with 120ml wine red and 10ml allspice dram liqueur st elizabeth with 10ml sugar syrup spiced as well as 10ml lemon juice and good with roasted or barbecue foods. Just place lemon juice into glass then add in spiced syrup and add in the allspice. Stir in the claret wine and grate a little nutmeg on top and served in a old fashioned glass at room temperature.
