Method
  1. Warm heat cubes and cocktail shaker.
  2. Add egg and sugar to shaker.
  3. Vigorously shake.
  4. Stir in ale.
  5. Strain into glass.

Mulled Ale is finger licking light in flavour cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Stirred with 220ml beer brew ale cream and 60ml egg cormorant with 10ml sugar syrup and good to have with brunch. Just warm heat cubes and cocktail shaker then add egg and sugar to shaker and vigorously shake. Stir in ale and strain into glass and served in a highball glass cold.
