Method
  1. Place chili into mixing glass and muddle.
  2. Pour in vodka and muddle again.
  3. Add ice to mixing glass.
  4. Pour in Dr Pepper.
  5. Stire well.
  6. Strain into glass.
  7. Garnish with slice of chili.

Moscow Chill is scrumptious medium cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Stirred with 45ml vodka and 45ml dr pepper with 100ml and best at tea time. Just place chili into mixing glass and muddle then pour in vodka and muddle again and add ice to mixing glass. Pour in Dr Pepper and stire well and strain into glass and garnish with slice of chili and served in a saucer glass cold.
