  1. Add ice to mixing glass.
  2. Add ingredients to mixing glass.
  3. Stir well.
  4. Strain into glass.

Monkey Biz is flavoursome quite strong cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml gin dry henry fisher and 45ml vermouth with 15ml elderflower liqueur bols as well as 10ml lillet including 100ml ice and best with lunch. Just add ice to mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir well. Strain into glass and served in a martini glass cold.
