  1. Place ice into glass.
  2. Pour in the shot of shochu.
  3. Add water to taste.

Mizuwari Shochu is flavoursome full bodied cocktail at 1.1 standard drinks. Built with 30ml shochu and 60ml water with 60ml ice and best with vegetable and vegetarian dishes. Just place ice into glass then pour in the shot of shochu and add water to taste and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
