Mississippi Mule is sour full bodied cocktail at 1.2 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml gin pink adnams and 15ml blackcurrant liqueur baitz with 15ml lemon juice as well as 40ml ginger soda including 190ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just fill glass with ice then add ice to shaker and add all ingredients, less soda. Shake well and strain into glass and top with ginger soda and garnish with maraschino cherries and served in a highball glass cold.
