Method - Shaken - Cold

Add ice to shaker.
Add all ingredients to shaker.
Shake well.
Strain into glass.

Bourbon Adirondack - Big untamed oak and raw grain dominate the nose with sweet caramel corn and a bit of BBQ smothered beneath. In the mouth it is aggressive and unbalanced again dominated by oak and a rough corn sweetness with cinnamon spice and a medicinal astringency in the background.

Chocolate Liqueur - Chocolate flavoured liqueur also called creme de cacao is a sweet alcoholic cocoa bean chocolate liqueur flavoured comes clear in color and a rich brown color.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Jam Peach - Peach Jam made into a jam or jelly by cooking and adding sugar with pectin.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Miss Spider is interagisci very strong cocktail at 2 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml bourbon adirondack and 15ml chocolate liqueur with 10ml lemon juice as well as 10ml jam peach including 10ml bitters peach also 100ml ice and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Strain into glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
