Sugar Syrup

32% Alcohol By Volume

2 Standard Drinks

Method - Shaken - Cold

Place half the ice to shaker.
Drop the mint into shaker.
Quick shake.
Stir in the bourbon and sugar syrup.
Pour all into short glass.
Top glass with more ice.

Gin Seabourne - Seabourne Gin with piney and citrus notes from native white kunzea flower and sunrise lime.

Mint Julep Gin is dainty heavy cocktail at 2 standard drinks. Shaken with 60ml gin seabourne and 20ml sugar syrup with 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just place half the ice to shaker then drop the mint into shaker and quick shake. Stir in the bourbon and sugar syrup and pour all into short glass and top glass with more ice and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
