Lemon Juice

Sugar Syrup

20% Alcohol By Volume

Method - Shaken - Cold

Add half the ice to shaker.
Add all ingredients to shaker.
Shake well.
Pour all into glass.
Fill glass with ice.
Garnish with cherry and orange

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Sugar Syrup - Sugar syrup or sirup is a condiment that is a thick viscous liquid consisting primarily of a solution of sugar in water and made by cooking water and sugar together.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Orange - Orange is the fruit of the citrus species citrus.

Cherry - A cherry is the fruit of many plants of the genus Prunus and is a fleshy drupe. The cherry fruits of commerce usually are obtained from cultivars of a limited number of species such as the sweet cherry and the sour cherry.

Mezcal Sour is piquant quite strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml mezcal delirio de oaxaca and 30ml lemon juice with 15ml sugar syrup as well as 100ml ice and best with an entree or small snack. Just add half the ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Pour all into glass and fill glass with ice and garnish with cherry and orange and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
