Method - Stirred - Cold

Place ice into mixing glass.
Pour all ingredients into mixing glass.
Stir well until mixed.
Hawthorne strain into glass.

Orange Liqueur - Orange liqueur is also called triple sec meaning tripple destilled and comes as a sweet or dry and colored or colorless orange citrus flavoured liqueur.

Orange Juice - Orange Juice is fruit citrus liquid with clean sweet or sour taste and is orange in color with low acid level.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Mexican Martini is drinkable robust cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Stirred with 45ml tequila el humoso lunazul and 15ml orange liqueur with 10ml lime juice as well as 10ml orange juice including 10ml lemon juice also 100ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just place ice into mixing glass then pour all ingredients into mixing glass and stir well until mixed. Hawthorne strain into glass and served in a martini glass cold.
