Method - Poured - Cold

Place ice into tall glass.
Pour in shot of tennessee bourbon.
Add ginger soda.
Top glass with orange juice.

Mellow Tennessee is very enjoyable full bodied cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Built with 30ml bourbon bakers and 30ml ginger ale soda with 40ml orange juice as well as 190ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just place ice into tall glass then pour in shot of tennessee bourbon and add ginger soda. Top glass with orange juice and served in a highball glass cold.
