Method
  1. Add ice to shaker.
  2. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  3. Shake well.
  4. Rest
  5. Shake again.
  6. Strain into glass.
  7. Very Palatable

Mauritian Stinger is very palatable quite strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml cane spirit mainstay and 30ml curacao blue mcguinness as well as 20ml egg white including 100ml ice and best with lunch. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Rest and shake again and strain into glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
