Vodka Pau Maui

15ml

Vermouth Dry

100ml

Ice

Lime Peel

36% Alcohol By Volume

72 Proof

2.6 Standard Drinks

Method - Stirred - Cold

Add ice to mixing glass.
Pour all ingredients to mixing glass.
Stir well until mixed.
Hawthorne strain into cold glass.
Garnish with lime peel twist.

Vodka Pau Maui - Pau Maui Vodka and distilling is located on the slopes of Haleakala.

Just add ice to mixing glass then pour all ingredients to mixing glass and stir well until mixed. Hawthorne strain into cold glass and garnish with lime peel twist and served in a martini glass cold.
