Method
  1. Add half the ice to shaker.
  2. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  3. Quick shake to mix.
  4. Pour all into glass.
  5. Fill glass with ice.
  6. Garnish with sugar coated pistachios.

Mathilde is divine smooth cocktail at 0.6 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml pistachio liqueur and 30ml cream with 15ml pistachio syrup as well as 15ml pistachio pulp including 100ml ice and best at tea time. Just add half the ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and quick shake to mix. Pour all into glass and fill glass with ice and garnish with sugar coated pistachios and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
