Method - Shaken - Cold

Place ice into cocktail bar shaker.
Add all ingredients to shaker.
Shake ingredients together until mixed.
Hawthorne strain into glass.
Pleasurable

Curacao Orange - Curacao is a liqueur flavoured with the citrus of the Laraha fruit grown on the island of Curacao.

Tequila Reposado - Tequila reposado or Calm Tequila is rested and aged tequila in wood for a minimum of two months but less than a year in oak barrels and has a brown to gold color.

Vermouth Dry - Dry vermouth is high quality white wine and essences of herbs and spices and looks clear. Dry vermouth is an aromatized fortified wine flavored also called french vermouth.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Matador Classic is pleasurable very strong cocktail at 1.8 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml curacao orange and 30ml tequila reposado with 30ml vermouth dry as well as 100ml ice and best with lunch. Just place ice into cocktail bar shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake ingredients together until mixed. Hawthorne strain into glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
