Method - Poured - Cold

In a tumbler add the ice cubes.
Add all ingredients to shaker.
Quick dry shake without ice.
Pour into glass over ice.

Rum Black - Black Rum are usually made from caramelized sugar or molasses. They are generally aged longer in heavily charred barrels giving them much stronger flavors.

Banana Liqueur - Liqueur flavoured with bananas and strong yellow color and also comes in a green color.

Orange Liqueur Bauchant - Bauchant orange liqueur made from aged cognac and the flavors of orange and honey to generate a flavor that starts and ends fruit forward without diminishing the quality.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Pineapple Juice - Pineapple juice is a sweet acidic liquid bright yellow in color and is made by crushing and pulping pineapple flesh and straining into juice.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Mambos Dream is enjoyable quite strong cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Built with 30ml rum black and 15ml banana liqueur with 15ml orange liqueur bauchant as well as 10ml lemon juice including 30ml pineapple juice also 190ml ice and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just in a tumbler add the ice cubes then add all ingredients to shaker and quick dry shake without ice. Pour into glass over ice and served in a highball glass cold.
