Method - Shaken - Cold

Add ice to shaker.
Add all ingredients to shaker.
Shake well.
Pour all ingredients into glass.

Gin Dry Burnetts - Burnetts London Dry Gin was first produced in England more than 200 years ago. It is still distilled and produced according to the original recipe established in 1770 by Sir Robert Burnett.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Lime Juice - A lime is a hybrid fruit which is typically round lime green 36 centimetres in diameter and contains acidic juice vesicles that are are broken.

Citron Syrup - Citron dyrup is make by cooking lemon lime and grapefruit into a thick sweet syrup.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Mint - Mentha or mint is a genus of plants in the family Lamiaceae and is also a herb.

Major Bailey is minty very strong cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Shaken with 60ml gin dry burnetts and 10ml lemon juice with 10ml lime juice as well as 10ml citron syrup including 130ml ice and best with lunch. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Pour all ingredients into glass and served in a goblet glass cold.
