Method
  1. Add half the ice to shaker.
  2. Place in a few mint leaves.
  3. Pour ingredients into bar shaker.
  4. Quick shake to mix.
  5. Pour everything into glass.
  6. Pack more ice cubes into glass.
  7. Garnish top with sprig of mint.

Mad Max is joizu strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml rum spiced emperor and 45ml papaya juice with 10ml quince juice as well as 190ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just add half the ice to shaker then place in a few mint leaves and pour ingredients into bar shaker. Quick shake to mix and pour everything into glass and pack more ice cubes into glass and garnish top with sprig of mint and served in a highball glass cold.
