Whisky Scotch Glencadam 15year

30ml

Egg Yolk

30ml

Honey

Heat Cubes

21% Alcohol By Volume

1.8 Standard Drinks

Method - Shaken - Warm

Warm heat cubes and cocktail shaker.
Add double of warm whisky.
Pour in the honey.
Add egg yoke.
Vigorously shake well.
Strain into glass.
Tasteful

Heat Cubes - Heat cubes are like ice cubes but differ as they can be warmed and used with warm shaken cocktails and warm stired cocktails using convective heat transfer.

Lochend Brose is tasteful quite strong cocktail at 1.8 standard drinks. Shaken with 50ml whisky scotch glencadam 15year and 30ml egg yolk with 30ml honey and best with morning tea snacks. Just warm heat cubes and cocktail shaker then add double of warm whisky and pour in the honey. Add egg yoke and vigorously shake well and strain into glass and served in a saucer glass warm.
