Method - Stirred - Cold

Place ice into mixing glass.
Add ingredients to mixing glass.
Stir well until mixed.
Prong strain into glass.
Garnish top with gummi bears.

Bearberry Juice - Bearberry Juice is made my mashing and pulping ripe Bearberry then pressing out the juice.

Bearberry Syrup - Bearberry syrup is made by cooking and mashing bearberry and adding sugar to make a thick sweet syrup with bitter red color.

Gummi Bears - Gummi Bears

Little Bear is smakelijke strong cocktail at 1.5 standard drinks. Stirred with 45ml gin tiny bear and 45ml bearberry juice with 10ml bearberry syrup as well as 100ml ice and best with an entree or small snack. Just place ice into mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir well until mixed. Prong strain into glass and garnish top with gummi bears and served in a martini glass cold.
