Method
  1. Add a little ice to bar shaker.
  2. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  3. Vigorously shake well.
  4. Pour all into rocks style glass.
  5. Fill glass with ice.
  6. Add pineapple wedge on top.
  7. Sprinkle wedge with absinthe.

Pineapple Honey Cream - Honey Cream Pineapple with a dark orange or red skin and turn yellow before their skin color deepens to darker reddish hues and smell fragrant sweet and floral and taste extremely sweet with hints of honey and coconut.

Linstead is mouth watering appealing quite strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml whiskey and 45ml pineapple juice with 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just add a little ice to bar shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and vigorously shake well. Pour all into rocks style glass and fill glass with ice and add pineapple wedge on top and sprinkle wedge with absinthe and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
