Method - Shaken - Cold

Add half the ice to shaker.
Add all ingredients to shaker and half the mint.
Quick shake to mix.
Pour all into glass.
Fill glass with ice.
Top with lime soda.
Garnish with mint and lime wheel.

Lime Mojito is moreish average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml lime liqueur and 15ml rum light white with 15ml lime juice as well as 10ml lime syrup including 30ml soda water also 190ml ice and best with lunch. Just add half the ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and half the mint and quick shake to mix. Pour all into glass and fill glass with ice and top with lime soda and garnish with mint and lime wheel and served in a highball glass cold.
