Like Zen is iuncidus robust cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Built with 30ml agave silver echuca and 30ml tea liqueur zen green with 30ml sorbet yuzu and served as or with a sorbet course. Just use ice cold glass then add yuzu sorbet to glass and pour i nthe agave. Pour in the tea liqueur and served in a saucer glass cold.
