Library of Celsus is very palatable very strong cocktail at 2.1 standard drinks. Built with 30ml raki tekirdag rakisi and 30ml whisky three ships with 40ml orange juice as well as 190ml ice and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just add ice to glass then add raki and add whisky. Top with orange juice and served in a highball glass cold.
