Method
  1. Add the ice into collins glass.
  2. Pour in short shot of borovicka gin.
  3. Add in the light plum juice.
  4. Sprinkle the quince bitters on top.

Level3 Prague is zalevani ust quite strong cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Layered with 45ml borovicka klasik and 10ml bitters quince with 45ml plum juice as well as 190ml ice and served for or with tiffins. Just add the ice into collins glass then pour in short shot of borovicka gin and add in the light plum juice. Sprinkle the quince bitters on top and served in a highball glass cold.
