Method
  1. Place ice into mixing glass.
  2. Add ingredients to mixing glass.
  3. Stir ingredients together until mixed.
  4. Strain into glass.
  5. Garnish with lemon peel.

Lemon Martini is piquant very strong cocktail at 2.1 standard drinks. Stirred with 60ml gin dry bottega and 10ml lemon liqueur limoncello bottega with 20ml vermouth blanco bottega as well as 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just place ice into mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir ingredients together until mixed. Strain into glass and garnish with lemon peel and served in a martini glass cold.
