Lemon Ice Spider is scrummy watered down cocktail at 0.4 standard drinks. Built with 30ml lemon myrtle liqueur tamborine mountain and 50ml sorbet lemon with 50ml ice as well as 30ml lemon syrup including 130ml soda water and good to have with brunch. Just add lemon sorbet to glass then add ice to glass and add lemon liqueur. Add lemon syrup and top with lemon soda and stir a little and garnish with a little candied lemon and served in a highball glass cold.
