Method
  1. Add half the ice to shaker.
  2. Add all ingredients to bar shaker.
  3. Quick shake to mix.
  4. Pour all into short glass.
  5. Top glass with ice.
  6. Dress top with peach.

Late Hour is smaaklik strong cocktail at 1.2 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml tequila anejo teremana and 15ml hazelnut liqueur with 45ml peach juice as well as 100ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just add half the ice to shaker then add all ingredients to bar shaker and quick shake to mix. Pour all into short glass and top glass with ice and dress top with peach and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
