  1. Warm serving glass.
  2. Add the bitter suze.
  3. Pour i nthe hot water to taste.
  4. Drop in some candied orange peel.
  5. Serve with a rich cheese.

Just warm serving glass then add the bitter suze and pour i nthe hot water to taste. Drop in some candied orange peel and serve with a rich cheese and served in a balloon glass warm.
