12% Alcohol By Volume

Method - Shaken - Cold

Add half the ice to shaker.
Add ingredients into shaker over ice.
Shake well.
Pour all into glass.
Add more ice to glass.
Always good with a warm honey joy.

Whisky Dunedin - Dunedin Whisky is distilled on the south island of new zealand in two copper pot stills using 100 percent malted barley.

Honey Syrup - Honey syrup is lighter the raw honey as it is mixed with water and sugar and cooked until thick with light brown or yellow color.

Milk - Milk is a white liquid produced by the mammary glands of mammals. It is the primary source of nutrition for infant mammals before they are able to digest other types of foods.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Honey Joy - Honey Joys or HoneyJoy made with honey sugar butter and cornflakes and baked until golden brown and served in paper patty cases.

Lamont is beguiling average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml whisky dunedin and 10ml honey syrup with 60ml milk as well as 190ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just add half the ice to shaker then add ingredients into shaker over ice and shake well. Pour all into glass and add more ice to glass and always good with a warm honey joy and served in a highball glass cold.
