Kwai is flavoursome watered down cocktail at 0.5 standard drinks. Built with 30ml lychee liqueur kwai feh and 30ml lychee juice with 10ml lychee syrup monin as well as 220ml water and good with afternoon tea. Just add lychee liqueur to glass then pour in the juice and water and stir in the lychee syrup to taste and drop whole lychee into glass and served in a highball glass at room temperature.
