  1. Fill glass with ice.

Kumquat Rickey is orange looking light cocktail at 0.4 standard drinks. Built with 30ml kumquat liqueur briottet and 15ml kumquat juice with 55ml soda water as well as 190ml ice and good to have with brunch. Just fill glass with ice then pour in kumquat liqueur and add kumquat juice. Top with soda water and garnish with kumquat peel and served in a highball glass cold.
