Kumquat Martini is comestible heavy cocktail at 2.3 standard drinks. Stirred with 45ml gin hm and 15ml kumquat liqueur fortunella with 30ml vermouth dry as well as 100ml ice and good to have with brunch. Just add ice to mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir well. Strain into glass and garnish with kumquat peel twist and served in a martini glass cold.
