Kookaburra is fortifying very strong cocktail at 2 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml gin dry bondi liquor and 30ml parfait amour bols with 15ml passion fruit syrup as well as 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just place ice into cocktail bar shaker then pour in gin amore and syrup and quick shake to mix. Sugar rum glass and strain into glass and garnish top with canded ginger and served in a saucer glass cold.
